Nature of the Service

This is a private reference website with no authority over a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other public office. It stores no official jail roster, booking photograph, arrest record, or court file. It cannot confirm that a person is in custody, order or arrange a release, accept a records request on an agency’s behalf, or file a court document.

The site points visitors toward official Nemaha County and Kansas resources and may connect them with outside research tools. A link or search result is a route to another source, not an official statement made by this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm another person, the site, or its systems. By using it, a visitor agrees to the following limits.

Nemaha County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Visitors agree that site material and linked search results will not be used for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Tenant selection, housing qualification, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or calculation of insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit or program
• Any other eligibility decision regulated by the FCRA

Resources Operated by Others

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections websites, booking information, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. Nemaha County Busted Mugshots does not operate those destinations and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, data handling, pricing, or availability. A link is not an endorsement. Visitors should read the destination’s own terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all material available through it are provided “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied promise is made about the following matters.

• The accuracy, completeness, or present currency of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of any page or feature
• Freedom from errors, software defects, or security weaknesses
• The scope, quality, or completeness of a partner’s search results

Custody status, roster entries, agency procedures, fees, hours, and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by NMSO, Nemaha County Jail, a court, or another government agency. Verify facts with the office that maintains the record.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Nemaha County Busted Mugshots and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access to, reliance on, inability to use, or use of the site or a linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nemaha County Busted Mugshots and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor’s use of the site, misuse of information, violation of law, or breach of these terms.

Kansas Law Controls
